This webpage provides members with critical information regarding things like Post 9-11 GI Bill, Combat-Related Special Compensation, the Leave Program, among other Benefits and Entitlements.

 

EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS

College Loan Repayment Program: The CLRP is for first-term enlisted airmen. The program pays up to $10,000 on Federal College loan(s). For information about eligibility requirements and how to apply visit your Education Office or the Air Force Virtual Education Center via the AF Portal.

 

Montgomery GI Bill: The MGIB is available for those who enlist in the U.S. Armed Forces. MGIB encompasses the Montgomery GI Bill-Active Duty (Chapter 30). Under Chapter 30, active duty members enroll and pay $100 per month for 12 months and are then entitled to receive a monthly education benefit once they have completed a minimum service obligation.
