Welcome to the Air Force Spouse Resilience Skills Toolkit

You play a key role in the well-being of our military families. The purpose of the nine modules in this training is to enhance your ability to withstand, recover, and grow in the face of stressors and changing demands in your life.  If this is your first visit, we recommend starting with the module, “Introduction to Resilience”. Then, explore the other modules in any order you choose.   Each module has the following four steps:

  1. Learn About It: Watch a short video for a quick introduction to the topic
  2. Put It Into Practice: Practical strategies
  3. W(rap) It Up: Create a plan to move forward
  4. Explore Further: To learn more, review the additional resources

Each resilience skills module provides opportunities to watch, read, listen, and interact with content, including a printable Digital Kneeboard, used to supplement facilitator-led modules.  In Step 3 of each module, you are encouraged to print out the W(RAP) It Up pdf and take a moment to  document your next steps. To benefit from videos or podcasts, be sure the volume on your device is turned on.
