The goal of the A&FRC Relocation Assistance Program (RAP) is to ease the personal and family stressors military families experience associated with a Permanent Change of Station (PCS) by providing assistance, counseling, sponsorship training, and education throughout all phases of the relocation process.
The RAP enables ready, resilient Airmen by providing critical information, education, referrals, counseling and workshops for Airmen and their authorized dependents selected for PCS; from assignment notification through arrival at their new installation. RAP contributes to the time-honored tradition and culture of taking care of Airmen by providing relocation assistance to newly assigned Airmen, civilians, and their families, so they become effective contributors to their units, installation’s mission and community.

MilitaryINSTALLATIONS is a computerized or paper booklet of the detailed information of a military installation. It includes phone numbers, arrival procedures, and detailed information on health care, child care, housing, moving with a family member with special needs, education, and other critical installation information.
