Personnel systems downtime scheduled for Feb. 20-23 Published Feb. 18, 2015 By Air Force Personnel Center Public Affairs Air Force Personnel Center Public Affairs JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas -- Air Force Personnel Center's Total Force Service Center-San Antonio will have limited phone capability and secure applications on myPers will be down Feb. 20, 6 p.m., through Feb. 23, 3 a.m. due to a local power outage necessary to support construction requirements. All active duty, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve and civilian Airmen who need general personnel information can continue to access the myPers website. Customers unable to reach a customer service representative by phone, can log on to the myPers website and submit their questions using the 'Email Us' feature. Email inquiries will be answered as soon as possible once full operational capability is restored on Feb. 23.
