Air Force fields new hiring process for new first sergeants

Air Force has removed the first sergeant from Developmental Special Duty and has implemented a new hiring process for new first sergeants. The new hiring process will simply be known as the First Sergeant Assignments Program. (U.S. Air Force graphic by Heidi Couch)
