myPers Access Advisory

If you have a personnel question or need assistance from the Total Force Service Center, you may now access myPers through your mobile device. Once you have established a username and password it's as simple as using your iPhone or Android password features for access. MyPers has more than 3,500 articles covering a multitude of personnel-related topics. In addition, you may also chat live with a personnelist, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on the following myPers pages:

Separations

Retraining

Retirement

Base of Preference

Join Spouse

Exceptional Family Member

Humanitarian Reassignment

 

You may also send e-mail and check the status of open service tickets via your mobile device using myPers.


Airmen, Retirees and family members without a myPers account can request one using the steps below. For steps on how to download and log into mobile myPers please see the "Resources" tab.

 

Step 1

STEP 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT

The myPers website has more than 3,500 articles covering a multitude of personnel-related topics. All first-time myPers users must create an account.


Enter the URL: https://mypers.af.mil into a web browser

Click “Create Account”

Step 2

STEP 2: IDENTIFY YOURSELF

Complete the required fields and then click “Continue”

STEP 3: USER ID, PASSWORD, ETC.

Passwords must by at least 15 characters long and contain at least one lower-case character, a special character, an upper-case charatcer and at least one number.

 

When logging into myPers, an email with a temporary code will be sent to the registered email address that you select.

STEP 4: LOG INTO myPers

Once a new account is created, users will be brought back to the myPers home page. From here, they can log into and out of their account, manage accounts and change features like passwords (utilizing their CAC credentials).
