Steve Grever Air Force Personnel Center Public Affairs RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Air Force Personnel Center's personnel services website will be shut down for reconfiguration from 8 to 11 a.m. on Aug. 28. During this time, online personnel information from the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve will start migrating the new total force site at http://gum.afpc.randolph.af.mil. Customers can call the Total Force Service Center at 800-525-0102 for assistance. The website is transitioning to become the Air Force's single source for personnel information for Airmen including active duty, Guard and Reserve members, civilians and retirees. The information migration is part of a larger Air Force initiative to integrate all active duty, Guard and Reserve personnel service.
