ID Card Entitlements

  • DEERS (Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System) DEERS is a database that contains information for each Uniformed Service member (Active Duty, retired, or a member of a Reserve Component), US-sponsored foreign military, DoD and Uniformed Services civilians, other personnel as directed by the DoD (including the patient population serviced through the Military Health Services System), and their eligible family members. DEERS registration is required for TRICARE eligibility and enrollment. Incorrect information in the DEERS database can cause problems with TRICARE claims as well as other health care benefits, so it is critical to maintain your DEERS information.

  • EOPF (Electronic Official Personnel Folder) This application allows current Air Force employees access to their electronic official personnel folder. Visit the EOPF page on myPers for additional information.
  • ARMS (Automated Records Management System) Provides military members access to their Unit Personnel Record Group documents. 

Military Tuition Assistance Program

  • AFVEC (Air Force Virtual Education Center) AFVEC provides information on Voluntary Education Benefits and offers a variety of self-service applications to Air Force members. Members sign on using their AF Portal account which then links them to their Air Force education record, CCAF progress report, personalized content, and local education center news.     AFPC provides senior raters and their trusted agents access to their respective selects though the EPROM application 7 calendar days in advance of regular enlisted promotion releases and 48 hours in advance of supplemental promotion releases.

Test Control Officers (TCOs) have the ability to review test center scores by test dates and more.

Air Force Housing
Airmen and their families now have an online resource to help them learn about housing options available at their new duty station. The Air Force Housing website provides information on family and unaccompanied housing available at Air Force installations world-wide. It also provides information on local communities near Air Force installations, school district information, local weather and other useful resources that will help Airmen and their families become familiar with their new homes.

LeaveWeb
LeaveWeb is a paperless Internet based leave tracking system that has automated procedures for requesting and tracking leave. LeaveWeb is managed by SAF/FMP AFFSO. For support, contact your unit LeaveWeb administrator or local Finance office.

milConnect
The milConnect web application is maintained by the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). This application allows beneficiaries to review personal, health care, and personnel information from one reliable source, the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS).

Military OneSource
Military OneSource is a confidential Department of Defense-funded program providing comprehensive information on every aspect of military life at no cost to active duty, National Guard, and reserve members, and their families. Information includes, but is not limited to, deployment, reunion, relationships, grief, spouse employment and education, parenting and childhood services. It is a virtual extension to installation services.

myPers
The myPers website is the official source for Air Force Human Resource Knowledge. The site requires requires visitors to log in with a Common Access Card (CAC) or username and password.

My AirForce Benefits
MyAirForceBenefits contains a wealth of information on the benefits available to Airmen and their Families from the time they enter the Air Force through their retirement or separation and beyond. Please see our Benefit Library to find information on a variety of benefits and use the Benefit Calculators for financial planning and estimating pay during deployment and retirement.

vMPF (Virtual Military Personnel Flight)
The virtual Military Personnel Flight suite of applications provides you the ability to conduct some of your personnel business online. Examples of applications available now include Application for Humanitarian Reassignment, Duty History Inquiry, Overseas Returnee Counseling, and Reenlistment Eligibility Inquiry.vPC (virtual Personnel Center)The vPC is a secure website which allows members of the Air Reserve Components (ARC) access to many online personnel services. This website enables Airmen access to many online services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year from any computer with Internet access.
