Air Force officials are accepting nominations for the 2015 Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs Grateful Nation Award.

The award is presented annually to six service members who distinguish themselves through superior conduct in the war on terrorism.

Air Force enlisted nominees must be senior master sergeants or below, and officer nominees must be captains or below below for officers. Organizations and base-level personnel must contact their major command, field operating agency or direct reporting unit for applicable suspense dates and nomination procedures.

Each MAJCOM, COCOM, FOA and DRU may nominate one person. Nomination packages are due to the Air Force Personnel Center by May 28.
