Air Force officials announce officer promotion results Published March 24, 2010 Air Force Personnel Center Public Affairs Office RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 2009D Line of the Air Force, Biomedical Science Corps, and Nurse Corps central selection boards recently selected 541 lieutenant colonels, 99 majors and 235 captains for promotion. The boards considered 4,265 lieutenant colonels, 764 majors, and 367 captains for promotion.
