The Air Force Personnel Center here is hosting two webinars Dec. 15 to educate Airmen on the retirement application process. AFPC representatives will also discuss how to navigate through the virtual Military Personnel Flight secure application to submit a retirement application.

There are two sessions at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST to give Airmen an opportunity to attend from stateside and overseas locations. To attend one of the webinars, visit Defense Connect Online at https://connect.dco.dod.mil/retirementapplicationvmpf2011. AFPC will also host other webinars on a reoccurring basis that highlight the officer and enlisted retirement application process, benefits and entitlements and retired pay.

"We prepared several webinars on retirement issues that we will broadcast on a recurring basis to better serve our customers and allow more direct communication between our members and AFPC," said Tech. Sgt. Pamela Taylor, AFPC's noncommissioned officer in charge of retirements.
