AF Clubs gain 10,000 new members, name prize winners

RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Air Force Clubs Division, part of the Air Force Services Agency located in San Antonio, recently gained more than 10,000 new members during their annual membership campaign.

"Our bases did a great job of executing this year's program and promoting the benefits of club membership," said Fred McKenney, chief of AFSVA's Air Force Food and Beverage Division.

This year's campaign featured a first-ever "card choice" option, where members can choose the type of club membership card they want -- either the full use MasterCard or a limited use Proprietary Club membership card.

All new and current club members were given the opportunity to win one of 10 $1,000 prizes for completing an online survey.

"The information and feedback we receive from our members is extremely important and helpful to us," said George Miller, chief of AFSVA's Food and Beverage Operations Branch. "We will use the information provided in our continuing efforts to enhance the quality and variety of member programs and benefits."
