Air Force releases staff sergeant promotion cycle statistics

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas --  

Air Force officials have selected 15,894 staff sergeants for promotion to technical sergeant out of 47,007 eligibles for a selection rate of 33.81 percent in the 25E5 promotion cycle.

The average overall score for those selected was 372.91. Selectees’ average time in grade was 2.73 years and time in service was 5.27 years.

The promotion list is available on the Air Force Personnel Center public website.  Members may also access their score notices on the virtual Military Personnel Flight via OKTA.
