Nominations sought for 2014 FAPAC award

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas --  Nominations packages are due no later than Jan. 31, 2014 for the Federal Asian Pacific American Council Military Meritorious Service Award, Air Force Personnel Center officials said.

The award honors military members who have fostered an innovative and harmonic environment between the military and Asian Pacific American civilian community and Department of Defense mission, or those who epitomized the qualities and core values of their respective military service or other DOD component. The period of performance for this award is from March 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014.

Each major command, field operating agency and direct reporting unit may submit one nomination. Email nomination packages to dpsidr.taskmgt@us.af.mil by Jan.31, 2014.
