The Air Force Personnel Center will host a Facebook live chat Dec. 8 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Central Standard Time to answer questions about the special duty assignment pay level changes.

SDAP pay levels for a handful of career fields changed Oct. 1 following the most recent Air Force biennial review.

Subject matter experts will be online during the Facebook question-and-answer session to explain processes and provide feedback.

Special duty assignment pay compensates Airmen at the appropriate level based on the complexity, difficulty and degree of responsibility required of the duty.

To see the full duty assignment pay list and program changes, go to myPers at Select "search all components" from the drop down menu and enter "SDAP" in the search window. To visit AFPC's Facebook page, log on to Facebook and type "Air Force Personnel Center" in the search bar.
