AF assistant secretary for manpower, reserve affairs tours AFPC

RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Colonel Jim Davis, Total Force Service Center director at the Air Force Personnel Center here, briefs Daniel Ginsberg, the Air Force’s assistant secretary of manpower and reserve affairs, on the TFSC’s operations and future initiatives Sept. 27 at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Ginsberg toured AFPC’s TFSC, Warrior and Family Operations Center and disability processing and temporary retirements branches.
