As an Air Force member, it is important to keep your record accurate, especially if you are meeting a Selection Board (for officers) or Evaluation Board (for senior noncommissioned officers). The following information is provided so you can better understand the selection or evaluation record review process.
Officers and SNCOs may review their “As Is” record at any time. To do so, simply log into Personnel Record Display Application (PRDA) and review the contents of the Selection Folder. Officers who meet a selection board after July 2012 and SNCOs who meet an evaluation board after September 2013 will have the “As Met” record available in PRDA as well. Following public release of the results, the “As Met” record will become available for review under the Board folder in PRDA.
Make every attempt to review your record well in advance for your promotion opportunity.
Selection Record Review Steps
-Access Personnel Record Display Application
-The "Selection Folder" within PRDA is the "As Is" record
-The "As Met" record can be found in the "Board" folder within PRDA after board results are announced
For your convenience, we have created a short video depicting the actual steps you would use to view your record. Go to How to access your 'As Is' and 'As Met' records in PRDA
