Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz speaks to attendees at the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) and School Liaison Officer (SLO) training course Mar. 10, 2011, at the Lackland's Gateway Club, San Antonio, Texas.
