New A1 award

Lt. Gen. Roger Brady, Air Force deputy chief of staff for personnel, presents the first Roger M. Blanchard Memorial Award for Character and Innovation to John Beckett at the 2007 Worldwide Manpower and Personnel Training and Professional Development Conference in San Antonio Nov. 30.
