AFPC officials launch improved ADP

Active-duty officers can now more effectively map their careers with the recent phase two launch of the Airmen Development Plan. While the initial ADP rollout replaced the transitional officer development plan in 2007, phase two will replace the transitional civilian development plan sometime this fall. (Courtesy graphic)
