AFPC Executive Director presented Presidential Rank Award

Bill Carr, deputy undersecretary, military personnel policy, Office of the Secretary of Defense, presents a Presidential Rank Award to Sheila Earle, Air Force Personnel Center executive director, during a ceremony Dec. 9.
