Air Force announces 100 percent promotion opportunity to major

Beginning this December, fully qualified Line of the Air Force captains meeting the majors board will have a 100 percent promotion opportunity. This initiative is expected to help retain officers to meet the demands of our growing force and help restore mission-capable squadrons.
