Quality control inspector provides helpful advice, tips for PCSing Soldiers, families

Dorothee Frick, the lead quality control inspector and senior customs border clearance agent with the 405th Army Field Support Brigade’s Logistics Readiness Center Rheinland-Pfalz (Baumholder), speaks with a packer from a local shipping company at a Soldier’s apartment. Frick said she tries to make everyone happy – the Soldiers and their families as well as the packers helping with the shipments.
